3-7 years old: Academy applies innovative drills and tools to ensure a high-level rate of success and love for the sport. Introducing & developing players’ coordination, mobility, and swing patterns. Nets, balls, and racquets tailored to a child’s age & size.

6-10 years old: Academy focuses on stroke development and tracking of the ball with the purpose of developing rally skills, Academy is played over junior nets with innovative drills and tools to facilitate the rapid development of players in a fun and high-energy environment.

10U ACADEMY X
Invite Only 5-10 years old : Academy provides an enhanced experience for talented/skilled young athletes. Intensified development of strokes, rally skills. match play concepts, and footwork.
The program is offered at UWS: John Jay (coming soon), RiversideUES: HunterMIDTOWN: River School, The Courts QUEENS: Astoria
8 & Up: Academy focuses on improving stroke and grip techniques. Introduction to fundamentals of footwork and court coverage as well as match play. Played over a larger space, ideal for recreational players over 8 years old.

8 & Up: Invite Only: Academy focuses on player preparation for USTA Tournaments & Team Tennis. Ongoing correct grip instruction, reenforcing technical awareness of strokes and footwork. Match Play strategies & point play.

ADULT ACADEMY – All levels
