Both the Dr and assistant were very patient and very friendly. My Doctor’s office anxiety was acknowledged and I was offered great care to ease my worries, and reason for visiting. I am extremely satisfied with today’s experience! Great job to all staff on duty, you rarely see that type of positive work environment and patient care in urgent cares anymore.

Made my son an appt online 25 mins before , I did all paperwork online with ease. waited for maybe 10mins to get called back then within 5 mins the dr came in to see my son. She quickly figured what was wrong and less than 5 mins we were out ! I appreciate any staff that understands my sons needs this is why I always go to next care urgent for anything.

They’re always there when I need them never maintains the front lobby. Needs to do a way. Better job or call somebody that can floors are disgusting. I don’t care. I’m not there to look around. I’m there to see how we can maintain better health maybe just maybe just call a flooring company to clean it Once a month, then maintain it with a mop

Went to emergency dentist this morning (Sunday). Didn't take my insurance which I didn't find out til I checked in and completed yards of paperwork. Told them I would go somewhere they took my insurance. Walked in to NextCare. Waited less than 15 minutes. Called back and saw nurse practitioner in timely manner and they said they would phone in a prescription. I think the entire process was about a half an hour. Very professional and cordial staff. Very pleased with my treatment and will start getting relief today. Thank you, NextCare. Great place to go when the weekend comes and you don't want to wait in the ER.
