This cookbook has more of an emphasis on healthy eating than her last cookbook. Most recipes are set up to make 4 servings that you divide into containers for the week. They will keep in the fridge for 3 days (a few will last slightly longer). There is also a chapter on freezer meals (which is mostly soups). The recipes are largely American, Asian and Mexican inspired, similar to her website and previous cookbook. They have a wide variety of glass and plastic containers available. In all honesty, I do not have a preferred brand or container over another – although some are certainly prettier than others like the Weck Jars. I should also mention that some jars for the book were used primarily for aesthetic reasons while others were used for practical reasons.
